Valley Forge

On Sunday we decided to visit Valley Forge. It is really close to us, only about 30 minutes away. It's pretty hard for both of us to be outside too much around here these days because of allergies. Anytime I go outside for more than 10 minutes I start sneezing like crazy and my eyes, ears, and throat get really itchy. Poor Bryce comes home from being outside all day with red eyes and a really stuffy nose. Anyway, I mention this because we figured Valley Forge would be perfect because there is a road so you can just drive your car around the whole memorial site and never really have to get out. We did get out and took a few pictures but we couldn't stay too long because I was going to die.
Anyway, it was a fun thing to go visit. It has a bunch of walking trails and a big picnic area. When all this pollen settles down around here we'll have to go back one Sunday and have a picnic. Here are a few of the pictures we took.

Bryce inside of one of the soldier huts.

Bryce's head is as big as the arch!!

I thought this was a good quote.

On one of the many walking trails with the forest in the background.

It reminded me of the sacred grove...it is really pretty here.

Not too much else has been going on here in Philadelphia. We're really ready for our trip to Utah in a couple weeks for Chelsea and Matt's wedding (atleast I am).

I think the picture of Bryce's head in the arch is AWESOME! That's way cool to take advantage of the sights while you guys are there for the summer... How long will you guys be in Utah for?
