Playing in the Rain

Sunday evening we had a little storm. And we discovered Spencer loves playing in the rain.

He got pretty wet but had a great time. He was a little upset when it was time to go inside.


So we let him play on the back porch. He loves being outside so this was a great solution. Until he got his arm stuck in the watering can. Is it sad that I took a picture before I helped him get his arm out? :)

Our summer is going so well. We spend a little bit of time outside. It gets pretty hot though so most of our outside time is in the pool or on the back porch.


Sometimes we will go on a bike ride with Aunt Chelsea...

And then hop right in the pool afterwards. Spencer is doing so much better in the pool. After getting used to wearing a life jacket when we went to the lake he has actually let me put him in his floatie. But he really just likes to play in the really shallow end and chase the dogs around.
